CUSTOM PLAN

The program consists of 2-4 workouts a week for you to do either at home, join a class or increase steps, at days and times to suit you around daily life, as well as a one hour session a week with Vicky. Food/calorie intake will be reviewed, making minor changes along the way if needed as anything dramatic you won’t stick to, this is a permanent change and not a quick fix, but still enjoying life. Weight and measurements can be monitored depending on your goal and you’ll have access to Vicky between sessions via Facebook or What’s App.

ONE-to-ONE

A one hour a week session (more at an additional cost if requested) in a private studio with Vicky using a tailored program to help get you the best results. Having a personal trainer helps to make you accountable!
