"I love this class! It’s always different and never boring.A brilliant way to build strength and core. After years of doing yoga to improve my lower back pain and failing, this class left me pain free for the first time ever after a class. I always feel like my muscles have been reset afterwards – and 2 days later you know you’ve really worked! Vicky works really hard to vary each class so we’ve used bands, balls, walls and bodyweight – you never know what you’re going to get. Love it!"
